islandwide. The new NETS FlashPay card is a new generation CEPAS-compliant contactless,
multipurpose stored value CashCard.

Only LinkPoints Members are eligible to register their new generation contactless
CEPAS-compliant NETS FlashPay Card and earn LinkPoints for their spend on the CEPAS-compliant
NETS FlashPay Card. Before you can earn LinkPoints with your CEPAS-compliant NETS
FlashPay Card, you will first need to register your CAN Number(s) with NTUC Link using the prescribed LinkPoints Online Form here or the LinkPoints SMS Registration Service. The 16-digit CAN Number can be
found on the back of the CEPAS-compliant NETS FlashPay Card. By submitting your
information, you consent to your information to be released and/or disclosed to
NTUC Link and/or NETS. |

The CAN Number(s) which you provide to NTUC Link will be updated into our LinkPoints
membership record database. The CAN Number will be provided to NETS to enable them
to identify you and award you LinkPoints. You may register more than one CEPAS-compliant
NETS FlashPay Card.

Please allow NTUC Link two (02) working days to process your registration request.
You can start to earn LinkPoints with your NETS FlashPay Card two working days after
successful registration. |

4. |
Upon successful registration, you can earn one LinkPoint for every S$30 accumulated
spend on each of your CEPAS-compliant NETS FlashPay Card. NETS will provide to NTUC
Link on a daily basis the necessary transaction records of LinkPoints members who
have registered their CAN Number. Based on the records, NTUC Link will credit the
LinkPoints to members'LinkPoints account within two (02) working days upon receipt
of the file from NETS. |

5. |
NTUC Link will award you the LinkPoint(s) for your spend on the CEPAS-compliant
NETS FlashPay Card based on the CAN Number(s) (provided via the prescribed LinkPoints
online registration or NETS SMS registration service) of registered LinkPoints Members.
Should there be any change in your CAN Number, please update us via the prescribed
LinkPoints online registration form to enable us to continue to award you your LinkPoints. |
