Why must I enter my particulars at the LinkPoints website first before making my booking at ZUJI?  
  You have to fill in your particulars in order for us to identify your booking with ZUJI, and therefore enable us to credit the LinkPoints earned into your account. Rest assured that all information will be kept confidential.  
     
  When will my LinkPoints be credited into my account?  
  For valid and successful flight or hotel bookings, LinkPoints will be credited into your account automatically after 8 weeks.  
     
  How do I check if my LinkPoints have been credited into my account?  
  You can check your LinkPoints balance at the LinkPoints website; alternatively you may call our customer service hotline at 6223 5225 to check if the LinkPoints have been credited into your account.  
     
  If I am a LinkPoints Member and made a valid travel package, flight or hotel booking at ZUJI directly, without first filling in my particulars at the LinkPoints Travel page, will I still be eligible to earn LinkPoints?  
  No; LinkPoints will only be awarded when you access ZUJI website from LinkPoints Travel page (by submitting your particulars), and make a valid travel package, flight or hotel purchase with ZUJI.
